SUMMARY:🎶 Progression presented by EPIC
DESCRIPTION:Progression invites audiences to hear a “tonal evolution” unfold—and sparks are sure to fly. This one-night-only performance brings together a powerhouse ensemble: pianist Ieva Jokubaviciute\, violinist Maureen Nelson\, cellist Sophie Shao\, flutist Jessica Petrasek and clarinetist Sergei Vassiliev. \n\nTogether\, they move from Mozart’s classical clarity to Camille Pépin’s luminous sound world and Schoenberg’s groundbreaking Chamber Symphony No. 1 in Webern’s intimate five-player arrangement. Experience every detail up close\, then stay for a 10-minute audience Q&A with the artists. This is a must-see program.\n\nAbout EPIC: At EPIC Concerts (Education • Partnerships • Immersive Concerts)\, we bring world-class chamber music to Colorado Springs—melding national-level masters with outstanding local talent. By collaborating with arts and educational institutions\, we cultivate innovative performances that elevate our community’s cultural presence and connect audiences with music in meaningful ways. More than just concerts\, EPIC strives to create warm\, welcoming experiences: patrons interact with musicians before\, during\, and after performances\, making every show feel like a gathering of friends and family. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit\, we are dedicated to enriching lives through artistic excellence\, educational outreach\, and a deep commitment to community.\n\nTickets at: https://tickets.entcenterforthearts.org/6228/6292
