DESCRIPTION:In response to appeals of the Planning Commission’s decision on July 23\, 2026\, City Council will hold a Special Meeting on **Thursday\, September 17\, 2026**\, at **9 a.m.** The appeals concern a Development Plan Modification at 1565 High Tech Way\, also known as Project Taurus. Due to anticipated increased attendance\, the Special Meeting will be held at the Pikes Peak Center for the Performing Arts located at 190 S Cascade Ave\, Colorado Springs\, CO 80903.\n\nPublic comment during the appeals will be limited to a total of 120 speakers inclusive of speakers in support and opposition. Each speaker will be limited to two minutes. Speakers are not permitted to cede time or display multimedia during their comments. Advance sign-up to speak is encouraged and will be filled on a first-come\, first-served basis.
