DESCRIPTION:Please join us for Lotus Foundation's 2nd Annual Hope Blooms Benefit for Survivors of Human Trafficking! \n\nThis year\, the event is being hosted at [Phantom Canyon Brewing Company](https://phantomcanyon.com/). We will have the third floor of the building with beautiful views of downtown Colorado Springs and Cheyenne Mountain. Phantom Canyon will be catering the event\, as well as tending the cash bar. Additionally\, Blue Credit Union will be operating their photobooth for the evening for anyone wanting to make memories.\n\nEvent details are as follows.\n\n**Schedule of Events: **At 4:00 we will open with cocktails\, appetizers\, and time to mingle and bid on auction items. The program will begin around 5:00\, with the bar's last call at 7:30 before we close at 8:00.\n\n**Hors d'oeuvres: **Fruit and Cheese tray\, Hummus with Vegetables and Naan\, Caprese Skewers\, Soft Pretzel Knots with Beer Cheese\n\n**Dinner Menu: **Smoked Pulled Pork\, Peppercorn Smoked Brisket\, Garlic Green Beans\, Mac N' Cheese\, Brioche Buns\n\n            ** Vegetarian dinner option available by request - please note on your ticket during checkout! **
