DESCRIPTION:Join City Forestry\, City Parks\, Recreation & Cultural Services\, the Colorado State Forest Service and Mayor Yemi for an Arbor Day celebration and ceremonial tree planting at Van Diest Park from 10:30-11*. \n\nTree Planting\n\nIn addition to the ceremonial tree planting\, City Forestry will be planting 49 trees in Van Diest Park to commemorate 49 years of being a Tree City USA city! Tree planting will take place throughout the day from 9 a.m.-2p.m.\, so stop by any time and say hi to our City Forestry staff\, and volunteers from Carmel Elementary School who will be helping with the planting!
